Thomas Riffey, LPC

I’ve lived in OKC my whole life and have had a lot of experiences in life that have shaped me. Some great and some terrible, so when I say that I get feeling overwhelmed, I can say so honestly. I’ve also benefitted from my own therapy.

I started Sequoia because I believe you deserve good therapy, and that therapy doesn’t have to be in an office. Being outside actually helps you calm and rebuild stronger, and moving outside is the best way to do that.

I am a licensed therapist (LPC), a certified sylvotherapist, and an approved CEU facilitator.
