This is about healing and wholeness, and finding nature to be the space to heal.

Utilizing eco-therapy and tools like ACT, IFS,DBT, and mindfulness I will build a custom care plan for you.

Sequoia Mental Health offers flexibility, and can do telehealth sessions if you prefer (or if the weather isn’t friendly outside).

To do an ecotherapy session, you do not have to be an avid hiker or outdoorsy person, just someone who has an open mind and a willingness to try a taking a walk. All you really need is a pair of shoes, and a jacket for the weather.
